Kaizen Certification Company ("Company") attaches utmost importance to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we process and store all kinds of personal data belonging to individuals associated with the Company, including those benefiting from our products and services, in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"). With a full understanding of this responsibility, as the "Data Controller" defined in Article 3/I of the Law, we process your personal data within the scope described below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

1. Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may vary depending on the services provided by the Company and the commercial activities of the Company; however, they can be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods, including Company units and offices, website, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar means. Your personal data may be processed by our business units in order to carry out the necessary studies to benefit you from the products and services provided by our Company, to customize the products and services offered by our Company according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, and to ensure the legal and commercial security of individuals associated with our Company (administrative operations related to communication carried out by our Company, ensuring the physical security and control of the locations owned by our Company, evaluation processes for customers/complaint management, reputation research processes, event management, legal compliance processes, audit, financial affairs, etc.), and to ensure the implementation of the commercial and business strategies of our Company and the execution of the human resources policies of our Company within the scope of the processing conditions and purposes of personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

2. To Whom and for What Purposes Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred within the framework of the processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, in order to carry out the necessary studies by our business units to benefit you from the products and services provided by our Company, to customize the products and services offered by our Company according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, and to ensure the legal and commercial security of individuals associated with our Company (administrative operations related to communication carried out by our Company, ensuring the physical security and control of the locations owned by our Company, business partner/customer/supplier evaluation processes, reputation research processes, legal compliance processes, audit, financial affairs, etc.), and to ensure the implementation of the commercial and business strategies of our Company and the execution of the human resources policies of our Company, to our business partners, suppliers, Company officials, our shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons.

3. Method of Personal Data Collection and Legal Reason
Your personal data is acquired with the aim of fully and accurately fulfilling the responsibilities of our Company arising from the contract and the law, to ensure that the products and services offered by our Company are presented within the framework of the legal framework determined in this context. In this regard, your personal data collected for this legal reason may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (1) and (2) of this text within the scope of the processing conditions and purposes specified in articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject as per Article 11 of the KVKK
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK through the methods set out in this Information Text, our Company will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board has determined a fee schedule, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data subjects have the rights to;

- Learn whether personal data is processed,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and, within this scope, to request notification of the transaction made to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Although personal data has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant laws, if the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear, request the deletion or destruction of personal data and request notification of the transaction made in this context to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- If personal data is processed unlawfully and causes harm, to request the removal of the damage.

In accordance with the

 first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, you can submit your requests regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above to our Company in writing or through other methods designated by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, your application must be submitted to our Company in writing in accordance with the KVKK. In this context, in your applications to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you can submit your written applications to the channels and methods explained below.

Our Company reserves the right to make changes in this information notification due to changes in the KVKK and methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
